I think it would have been interesting to have been in a dist that did not make all the dishes----would have loved a screenie of the whole dist as little piggies!!! (I am an overachiever and tried to get at least one---if not 4 of all of the ingredients.....managed to get all but 1, which my hubby got later in the day....5 events, 5 pigs....).....and I love the hat, glad they started making these dye-able....

Would have been nicer to have got more from the chefs for the ingredients rather than 1 token but still....
I notice the fortunes list still doesn`t have the celestial pig drop! Almost missed it the first time it happened to me but saw my daughter get the same thing only more clearly as she hadn`t got the spirit/drunk thing happen. The celestial pig appears before you, I think in a kind of lesser version to the one that shows up in Shing Jea, for a few seconds before fading away. Wish I had a screen shot.

Why was the Celestial Pig level 8? If Anet did some research, it would have found the pig to be the 12th animal of the Chinese Zodiac..

So wait, the event is over here? I was under the impression it was going to occur Monday (today).

The festival goes until today at 12pm, but the Celestial Pig shows up on Sunday according to the website.

The Celestial Pig was level 8 because 8 is a Lucky Number in Chinese Culture.

Don't want to Hijack this thread, but can anyone confirm in ID3 She said there were 3 expansions in development and they may make "armor storage"?

You can exchange 3 Lunar Tokens for 1 Lunar Fortune in Shing Jea, near the Chefs against the wall. Also in Lions Arch you can play Rock Paper Scissors with Lucky Honchie and if you win you get 1 Lunar Fortune and 1 Blue Sugary Drink. If you Tie you get 1 Lunar Fortune, if you lose you get nothing. You Get more Fortunes by playing Rock Paper Scissors, then if you were to just exchange them. But the game takes awhile if you have a lot of tokens.
Lunar Fortunes are opened outside and provide various items, effects, and even the small chance of a minipig

So... next year is the year of the rat... Does this smell like a lot of hard work and a lot of hard work.... or a lot of hard work for the year of the rat?
